Q. Does The Hotel Concord offer any rooms with views?

 

A. All our guestrooms have views of Main Street, the New Hampshire State House or the Merrimack River.


Q. What about breakfast?

 

A. A complimentary continental breakfast is included with all overnight stays. Every morning, we offer a selection of bread, pastries, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, and tea.


Q. Do you offer hairdryers?

 

A. Yes, every guestroom is equipped with a Conair hairdryer.


Q. How late is check-in?

 

A. Your reservation is guaranteed by your credit card and we will hold your room until you arrive. Please call if you anticipate check-in after 11:00 PM.


Q. Where do I park?

 

A. The Hotel Concord is attached to the Capital Commons Parking Garage offering guests 510 covered parking spaces and a direct entry to The Hotel Concord, so your vehicle and you stay dry.


Q. What is your cancellation policy?

 

A. Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival. Please contact us right away should you need to cancel your reservation. Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to check in. Cancellation or early departure penalties may apply.

A. We are one hour from Boston and Boston Logan International Airport.

We are 30 minutes from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport.

We are one hour from the Seacoast.

We are two hours from Providence, Rhode Island.

We are 20 minutes from downhill skiing.

We are about one hour from the White Mountain National Forest and the New Hampshire Lakes Region.


Q. What kind of internet is offered?

 

A. There is complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi in every guestroom and public spaces.


Q. When is The Lobby open?

 

A. The Lobby is always open, and our Concierge is available to assist you 24/7.


Q. Are there bicycles we can rent?

 

A. We do not offer any bikes for rent at the hotel, however, rental is available at Goodale's Bike Shop and S&W Sports.


Q. What is security at The Hotel Concord?

 

A. Exterior doors lock at 11:00 PM and unlock at 6:00 AM. While locked, building access can be requested via Ring doorbells. Guestroom floors can only be accessed via a guestroom. Our Concierge Desk is available 24/7.


Q. What time is check-in and check-out?

 

A. Check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.


Q. Do you arrange transportation to and from the bus station or airport?

 

A. Yes, we can arrange pick up service from the Concord Bus Station, Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, and Boston Logan International Airport upon request for a fee. Concord Coach Lines has regular service to Concord from Boston Logan International Airport and Boston South Station. The Concord Bus Station is less than one mile from The Hotel Concord.


Q. How far is The Hotel Concord from local businesses?

 

A. Many downtown businesses, state/local offices, county/federal courthouses are a short walk from our front door. The New Hampshire State House is just a few blocks away. St. Paul's School is less than two miles away.
