All our guestrooms have views of Main Street, the New Hampshire State House or the Merrimack River.

Attached covered parking is located in the adjacent municipal Capital Commons / Storrs Street Public Parking Garage (80 Storrs Street, Concord, NH, 03301). Parking costs $0.50 per hour from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays with free parking overnight and on weekends. The Hotel Concord can be accessed via Level 3A. For an accessible entrance, please follow the signs to "Stair 3", take the elevator up to "PL", take a left out of the elevator, follow the patio to the street, and go right to get to the South Main Street entrance. A loading zone is available in front of The Hotel Concord to drop-off and pick-up luggage for check-in and check-out. For your safety, we recommend you turn on your flashers when parking in the loading zone. There is a curb cut at the corner of South Main Street and Pleasant Street, which provides an accessible route to The Hotel Concord entrance.
For an accessible entrance from the garage, please follow the signs to "Stair 3", take the elevator up to "PL", take a left out of the elevator, follow the patio to the street, and go right to get to the South Main Street entrance. 

There is also a curb cut at the corner of South Main Street and Pleasant Street, which provides an accessible route to The Hotel Concord's main entrance.

Yes, every guestroom is equipped with a Conair hairdryer.

Your reservation is guaranteed by your credit card and we will hold your room until you arrive. Please call if you anticipate check-in after 11:00 PM.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate and dates of your reservation. If booked directly through the hotel, reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax. However, there are a selected group of bookings that are nonrefundable regardless of when the reservation is cancelled.

We are one hour from Boston and Boston Logan International Airport.

There is complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi in every guestroom and public spaces.

The Lobby is always open, and our Concierge is available to assist you 24/7.

We do not offer any bikes for rent at the hotel, however, rental is available at Goodale's Bike Shop and S&W Sports.

Exterior doors lock at 11:00 PM and unlock at 6:00 AM. While locked, building access can be requested via Ring doorbells. Guest room floors can only be accessed via a guest room key card. Our Concierge Desk is available 24/7.

Check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.

Yes, we can arrange pick up service from the Concord Bus Station, Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, and Boston Logan International Airport upon request for a fee. Concord Coach Lines has regular service to Concord from Boston Logan International Airport and Boston South Station. The Concord Bus Station is less than one mile from The Hotel Concord.

Many downtown businesses, state/local offices, county/federal courthouses are a short walk from our front door. The New Hampshire State House is just a few blocks away. St. Paul's School is less than two miles away.

The Capital Commons building does not allow pets, but our concierge would be happy to help you find a suitable doggy day-care.
