Hotel

The Lobby is a gathering place. Hotel guests relaxing, local residents stopping in - all are welcome in this “living room of Concord.” In warm weather, the patio is a great spot for people-watching in an urban setting. Light breakfast fare, such as pastries, fruit, juices, coffee and tea, is offered every morning.

Concierge is available 24 hours a day.

Executive Lounges are located on the fourth and sixth floors and offer guests a place to relax, read, work in comfortable seating around a fireplace.

Function Rooms may be reserved for meetings or private events. Located on the third floor, they offer plentiful natural light, downtown views, high-speed Internet and audio/visual equipment. The New Hampshire Room has a capacity of 225 people for a cocktail reception or 136 for a seated event. The Concord Room has a capacity of 106 people for a cocktail reception or 49 for a seated event. A variety of food and beverage options are available.

The Gym is open 24 hours a day and is equipped with the latest cardiovascular machines and weights.

Building

O Steaks & Seafood, one of Concord's most popular dining destinations, is conveniently accessible through the hotel lobby. Guests are invited to enjoy contemporary American cuisine for lunch and dinner and may charge the bill to their room. Reservations for O Steaks & Seafood may be made through the Concierge.

Red River Theatres, a not-for-profit art house/documentary three-screen cinema, is located on the lower level of the Capital Commons building. The two larger cinemas (109 and 166 seats, respectively) are equipped with Dolby digital sound, Christie digital projection equipment and stadium seating; the smaller cinema is flexibly designed with 22 removable seats and frequently hosts private events, small screenings, workshops etc. The concession stand, The Indie Cafe, offers beer, wine, sandwiches by The Works, Mitchell's Salsa and Chips, coffee and locally-made chocolates in addition to popcorn and soda. There is also a small art gallery that offers local artists the opportunity to exhibit and sell their work to our many patrons, members and donors.

Capital Commons Parking Garage is an attached covered 510-space parking garage available to guests.
