Here at The Hotel Concord, we have two American Hotel & Lodging Association certified Concierges on staff ready to assist you any time of the day or night. Our goal and the goal of our entire team is to provide our guests with exemplary personal service to make their stay with us memorable.

What Does A Concierge Do?

Basically, your concierge is there to assist you with anything that you may need during your stay. It can range from making dinner reservations at the hottest restaurant in town to obtaining tickets to the movies, the theatre or a concert, to picking up or delivering items or even running errands.

Your Concierge will have an in-depth knowledge of the local scene. They'll know and recommend the local nightlife hot spots, book transportation, coordinate porter services, procure tickets to special events, and assist with various travel arrangements and tours of local attractions.

If you're traveling on business, your concierge can be a perfect assistant. They can book you a conference or meeting room, arrange catering, and provide any equipment or technological assistance you may need. They can also assist you with sending and receiving parcels, send and receive faxes, and arrange conference calls as needed.

How To Use Concierge Services at The Hotel Concord

Concierge service is included as one of the free amenities at The Hotel Concord. Our goal is to provide all of our guests with a memorable, personalized experience. To use the concierge, simply walk over to the desk and ask to speak with them. They're available around the clock to answer your questions, make any arrangements you may need, and assist you in any way possible.

The fact is, most travelers don't take advantage of the hotel concierge because they simply don't know all that these trained hospitality professionals can do to help. At The Hotel Concord, we allow our team members to learn and improve their skill set. That's why we invest in the education of our associates not only to benefit their careers but because it ensures that we're also giving our guests exemplary service.

Our concierges have built strong ties to many local businesses in and around Concord and have direct relationships with ticket brokers, which helps them get preferential treatment for guests. Even if they can't get you the tickets you want, they'll often have an alternative suggestion that you'll enjoy. Our team has years of experience working with guests and can usually figure out what they'll like.

The Hotel Concord Concierge Staff

Currently, we have three associates who have earned the Certified Hotel Concierge distinction from the American Hotel & Lodging Association. This certification is available for full-time hospitality professionals who want to excel in their current position. Applicants must pass a rigorous exam which certifies their excellence, including the ability to use technology and the internet, and their superior hospitality skills and praises soft skills like diversity and cultural awareness.

Two of our Concierge associates have studied, trained, and obtained a certification with the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. All of our remaining associates are currently working towards accreditation. This is the first step towards achieving the international certificate Les Clefs d'Or, the highest concierge distinction in the US hotel industry. All of our associates are currently working towards accreditation.

About The Hotel Concord

The Hotel Concord opened its doors in 2018, and it brings a luxury 38-room boutique hotel experience to downtown Concord, New Hampshire. It's located on the fourth and sixth floors of the Capital Commons building right in the heart of New Hampshire's Main Street. Each room is unique in shape and size, offering each guest a luxury urban lodging experience. Featuring full concierge services, high-tech amenities, luxury bed linens, and well-appointed oversized bathrooms. The hotel also features event space for large or small gatherings and The Lobbyist, serving drinks nightly and continental breakfast every morning.
