Reservations
- All room rates are nightly and based on double occupancy
- Children under the age of 17 stay for free
- Must be 21 to make reservations
- Check-In: 3:00 PM
- Check-Out: 11:00 AM
- Concierge is available 24 hours a day
- Rollaway beds and cribs are available for use free of charge
Cancellations
- Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to 3:00 PM on day of arrival to receive a refund
- Cancellations less than 48 hours will be charged for a one-night stay plus tax. If your reservation was pre-paid, it is non-refundable.
General Information
- The Hotel Concord offers complimentary amenities including Amazon Echo Dots, continental breakfast, The Gym, Keurig coffee machines with Starbucks coffee, William Roam luxury toiletries and Wi-Fi.
- Guests are welcome to park in the adjacent Capital Commons Parking Garage.
- The Hotel Concord is a non-smoking facility
