Concord, New Hampshire has a new boutique hotel designed for business and leisure travelers.

Well-heeled travelers want the hotel they stay in to be as unique as the locale they are visiting. That is what The Hotel Concord, a new 38-room lifestyle hotel in the capital of The Granite State, aims to do. The world-class accommodations are located inside Capital Commons, a signature six-story mixed-use building overlooking the New Hampshire State House and the Merrimack River. Construction was completed in January on seventeen additional guest rooms. The Hotel Concord's new rooms are located on the fourth and sixth floors of Capital Commons. The lower floors are where you'll find The Lobby and The Gym.

"We're bringing an entirely new concept to Concord. This is the integration of an upscale boutique hotel into the premier office building in town. Not only is that concept new to Concord, but it's relatively unheard of in the world of property development," said Michael Simchik, Managing Partner of New Hampshire-based 100 Market Group, the building's owner and developer.

The Hotel Concord uses locally-sourced materials whenever possible.  The interior design of the guest rooms and common spaces have custom designed paneling, light wood floors, granite window sills, and chic furnishings and fixtures. Artwork in the hotel reflects the uniqueness of the city The Hotel Concord resides in. It includes both contemporary pieces and collections of historical photographs reflecting the state's first-in-the-nation primary status.

The Hotel Concord Is In The Heart Of Downtown

Concord was already home to many lively bars and restaurants. The Hotel Concord adds another option with its street-level lobby bar, The Lobbyist, where guests and residents can both enjoy a drink and bite to eat right on Main Street. O Steaks & Seafood, one of Concord's most popular dining establishments, is directly accessible from The Lobby and oversees food and beverage operations at the hotel. Hotel guests can enjoy the contemporary American cuisine for lunch and dinner and have the convenience of charging the bill to their room.

While chain hotel rooms are all alike, or at least mirror images of each other, The Hotel Concord's guests room are all one-of-a-kind. They offer high ceilings, soundless climate control systems, and large windows bringing in light and offering city views. Rooms on the sixth floor will have balconies for even more viewing options. In-room amenities include Alexa-enabled devices, wall-mounted 55"-65" flat-screen HD televisions, complimentary high-speed WI-FI, mini refrigerators, and well-stocked oversized bathrooms.

Both floors of the hotel boast an Executive Lounge offering guests a place to relax, read, work, or engage. There is comfortable seating around a fireplace, well-lit work areas, and a library for guests looking to expand their horizons. Private function rooms with high-speed Wi-Fi, cutting edge audio/visual equipment, plentiful natural light, and city views may be reserved for events or meetings, and food service is available.

Bravo Zulu Hospitality Group, headed by David V. Shamoian, is managing the hotel. David brings forty years of hospitality experience and plans to establish The Hotel Concord as one of the premier lodging establishments in New England. A New Hampshire native, Concord resident, and experienced hotel executive, Susan O'Donnell is the General Manager.

The Hotel Concord is Concord, New Hampshire's newest boutique hotel. Whether you're visiting the state for business or are looking for luxury accommodations while vacationing with the family, The Hotel Concord is an exceptional place to stay.
